The London-based private banking and wealth management firm has made a senior appointment from its rival.

Arbuthnot Latham has appointed Ian Street from Coutts & Co to the newly-created role of director, private banking within its Dubai office.

Street joins from Coutts & Co where he was head of their Abu Dhabi business for eight years. He previously served as head of business development at Coutts. Street brings over 30 years’ experience in the high and ultra-high net worth space.

Also joining the Dubai team will be Daniel Williams as investment director. He will move over from Arbuthnot Latham’s London headquarters.
