Brown Shipley Automates Client Reporting Process

The London-based private bank has deployed a new client reporting automation service to enhance efficiencies in client services.

UK-based Brown Shipley has implemented SimCorp Coric Client Communications to generate around 10,000 half-yearly client reports.

SimCorp Coric is an end-to-end client reporting and communications tool used by buy-side firms to automate the majority of the client reporting process, allowing them to create and modify reports without technical assistance.

Brown Shipley said the automation has “significantly reduced” the manual effort required to generate and validate client reports, subsequently boosting operational efficiency and enabling teams to focus on client-facing engagement.

“Our approach is about finding solutions to effectively accommodate changing client requirements, embracing technology innovations where appropriate to ensure those requirements are met. SimCorp Coric enriches our client experience and is also helping to drive significant efficiencies throughout our operation, ultimately improving our ability to be more responsive to our clients,” said Brown Shipley's head of transformation, Matthew Lucas.
