The Tax-Incentivised Savings Association has boosted its senior team with the hires of Adrian Boulding and Adam Hodgkins.

TISA, the UK-based financial services membership association, has appointed Adrian Boulding as policy strategy director and Adam Hodgkins as head of engagement following a three month strategic review by its director general, David Dalton-Brown.

Boulding will join in August from Legal and General, where he is currently pensions strategy director.

Meanwhile, Hodgkins joins from his role as operations director at Cordium. He brings an "extensive range” of financial services experience, TISA said.

“Adrian is well known for his expertise, insight and forthright manner on policy change, he is held in high regard by the industry, regulators and policy-makers and being able to attract him to join us represents a coup for TISA. Similarly, Adam’s senior level experience will be a huge benefit,” said Dalton-Brown, who joined the association earlier this year.

TISA represents the interests of over 145 member firms involved in the supply and distribution of savings and investment products and services.
