Nashville Bank & Trust has promoted two bank staff to senior positions.

Jamie Nicholson moves up from being a senior wealth advisor to senior vice president and team leader for wealth management services. Andrew May, the chief financial officer, expands his role to include being team leader of the portfolio strategies unit.

Nashville Bank & Trust posted an almost 100 per cent rise in net income for the quarter to 31 March 2011 at $384,000, from $193,000 in the same quarter of 2010, signaling its readiness to bulk up and expand. Its wealth management business accounts for 90 per cent of its non-interest income, which for the quarter reached $912,000.
