Lion Global CEO Steps Down

Daniel Chan Choong Seng, the chief executive of Lion Global Investors, is resigning from the company to pursue personal interests.

Chan has been instrumental to the growth of the Singapore money management firm, helping it win 77 fund awards since 2006. He will stay on until his successor is named.

Lion Global Investors, the subsidiary of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp's Great Eastern insurance unit, is one of the biggest fund managers in Singapore and Malaysia. It has S$28 billion ($20.56 billion) under management.
