Alter Domus, the European funds and corporate services provider, has appointed James McEvoy as country executive for Ireland. McEvoy has over 13 years’ experience in the Dublin financial sector, such as in corporate legal advisory and structured finance areas.

The appointment fits with Alter Domus’s move to develop Ireland as what it calls “one of our key strategic locations”.

The move comes after the firm acquired Ireland’s O’Donovan Stewart Corporate Services business, finalised in May. This acquisition has allowed Alter Domus to enhance its Irish client base and develop its business offerings such as Ireland’s aircraft leasing and aviation sector, formerly a sector for ODS.
