ZEDRA Opens Second Swiss Shop

The specialist in trust, corporate and fund services has opened its second office in the Alpine state.

ZEDRA, the global specialist in trust, corporate and fund services, is opening a Zurich office, its second Swiss office.

The office, in the main business district of the Swiss city, adds to its presence in Geneva.

Vadim Neumann will head up the firm’s operations as managing director for Zurich. Previous to this, he worked at Intertrust, most recently as director of business development in Zurich from July 2017 to January this year, according to his Linkedin profile. His profile said he held other roles at the same firm.

In his new role, Neumann works with ZEDRA’s Mario Cohn, who is director, corporate and private clients, Latin America, and Giovanni La Forgia, director, corporate and private clients, Europe; he is “earmarked to spend a significant proportion of their time supporting the development of the office over the coming months”, ZEDRA said.

“Opening an office in the Zürich and Zug area allows ZEDRA to have an on-the-ground presence and enables us to offer a heightened level of support to our clients corporate needs,” Ivo Hemelraad, ZEDRA Group director, corporate, funds and legal, said.

ZEDRA has 14 offices in 12 jurisdictions and a team of 500 staff.
