Withers, the international law firm, has appointed Glen Roberts as a partner, based primarily in its New York office, in a role aimed at strengthening the firm’s corporate and commercial practice with both international investors and financial institutions.

Roberts was previously a partner at SNR Denton. His experience includes global investment management and finance practice as well as advising clients on capital formation and deployment, the firm said. Roberts is a dual-qualified (New York/UK) lawyer.

Roberts has also worked with Shariah investment funds and Islamic project finance.

Withers has offices in London, New York, New Haven, Greenwich, Hong Kong, Milan, Geneva, Zurich and the BVI.
