Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? - Payne Hicks Beach, Tritax, Others

The latest senior executive moves in wealth management for the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.

London-based law firm, Payne Hicks Beach, has made four promotions – two partners and two associates – in the firm’s dispute resolution, family and risk and compliance departments.

Scott Goldstein and Jonathan Sewell have been made partners in the dispute resolution and risk and compliance departments respectively. Nick Grant and Katie Parkes have been promoted to associate level.

Goldstein, a property litigation specialist, has more than 17 years’ experience in the high net worth residential and commercial property arena, with a particular interest in landlord and tenant work. His practice spans a breadth of matters from service charge and boundary disputes to leasehold enfranchisement claims. Goldstein has built a diverse client base with a particular following of developer and high net worth clients.

Sewell has also been welcomed to the partnership, having been appointed as director of risk and compliance in May 2017.

The dispute resolution department will be reinforced with the promotion of Nick Grant as an associate in the privacy and media team. Having joined Payne Hicks Beach in 2017, Grant has developed his specialisms in defamation and media law, where his expertise is particularly sought after on matters relating to the publication of defamatory allegations across all forms of media.

Additionally, Katie Parkes has been made an associate in the firm’s family department. Her expertise spans all areas of private family law, including financial remedies, pre and post-nuptial agreements, in addition to child arrangements. She often advises on cases with complex financial and international aspects.
