BNP
Paribas Wealth Management has appointed Grace Tam as its
chief investment advisor for Hong Kong, reporting to Prashant
Bhayani, the chief investment officer, Asia.
Tam is responsible for helping to formalise and communicate the
bank's global asset allocation and investment strategies in Asia
in-line with the global views of the bank across asset
classes.
Prior to this, Tam worked at HSBC Global Asset Management where
she was a senior market specialist. Before that, she was a
portfolio solutions specialist at Credit Suisse Private Bank, and
a global strategist at JP Morgan Asset Management. Tam graduated
with a Masters of Philosophy in Economics at the Chinese

Asked if the appointment involved a replacement for a predecessor, a spokesperson told this publication: "It’s a role different from the previous one as Grace will cover investment strategies in Asia region."
