regulation and technology. He has served in numerous roles in
financial services during his 17-year career, including four
years at the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME),
where he was director of EU and global technology and operations
regulatory affairs.
The previous postholder at PIMFA was Tim Fassam, who left the
organisation in August to join the Phoenix Group.
In his new role, Ostojitsch reports to PIMFA chief executive Liz
Field.

joining from asset management firm Bridgewater Associates,
where he was a founding member of the firm’s distribution team
and led the new product development and product management
functions. Prior to this, he served in investor relations and
business development roles, covering US and European
institutional clients. Before joining Bridgewater, Lane was an
equity research analyst at Credit Suisse in New York.
