Close Brothers Asset Management
Close Brothers Asset Management has made two new investment
hires as the business expands its investment management offering,
with a push into the Midlands.
With over 32 years of experience collectively, Sally-Ann Gallier is joining as an investment director and Phil Mountford as an investment manager. They were previously at Rathbones and Investec respectively, the firm said in a statement.
Welcoming the move, Giles Marshall, head of bespoke at Close Brothers Asset Management, said: “We are excited to be expanding our presence in the Midlands. They are both experienced and reliable investment managers and we’re delighted to have them join our team of reputable advisors.”
“CBAM is dedicated to expanding its national presence, as evidenced by other recent hires, and this will remain a strategic priority over the coming years,” he added.
“We believe that our clients continue to value a personal and local connection with their investment managers. We look forward to announcing more local appointments in due course that will help us to maintain the high level of personalised service our clients expect,” he stressed.
