Seneca Investment Managers
UK-based Seneca Investment Managers has launched the HMG
Global Emerging Markets Equity Fund to its diversified growth
portfolio.
The fund is run by a Paris based team, led by Marc and Paul
Girault. The fund focuses on emerging market listed
subsidiaries of multinational developed market businesses.
The portfolio construction of the fund is made up of around 76
per cent of small to mid-caps, with allocations to frontier
markets such as Africa.
BlackRock
Global asset manager BlackRock has launched a
global equity small cap exchange traded fund, which aims to meet
demand for exposure to developed market small-cap companies.
The iShares MSCI World Small Cap UCITS ETF will also provide
exposure to companies within real estate, industrials and
materials.
The index provides access to over 4,000 small-sized companies
from 23 developed market countries globally, accounting for
approximately 14 per cent of the free float-adjusted market
capitalisation across each country.
The ETF has a total expense ratio of 0.35 per cent.
