Wealth Intelligence Firm Opens In Hong Kong

Wealth-X, the global wealth intelligence firm, has launched its eighth office in Hong Kong as part of its commitment to grow in the Greater China region.

The new office aims to extend the benefits enjoyed by existing members by refining profiling systems and targeting the right ultra high net worth segments in the Greater China area, the firm said in a statement.

At the briefing marking its launch, Mykolas Rambus, chief executive of Wealth-X said while many are aware of Asia's impressive growth, few have been able effectively to capitalise on it.

"With an estimated total of 43,000 UHNW individuals worth $6.2 trillion, Asian philanthropy presents a vast trove of unexplored opportunities. For organisations to effectively tap the resources, they must acquire information. We are the ideal portal," noted Rambus.

Wealth-X provides information exclusively on the ultra high net worth. Its online business solution profiles individuals who represent $10.7 trillion of the world's net wealth.
