Pitcairn, a Pennsylvania-based multi-family office, has promoted Leslie Voth to be president and chief operating officer, a new position reporting to Dirk Junge, chairman and chief executive officer.

Ms Voth was previously president of Pitcairn's wealth management group, having joined Pitcairn in 1993. In her new position, she will focus on issues related to corporate planning and strategic growth, as well as continuing to oversee all client relationships.

Ms Voth has held a number of key positions as a member of the Pitcairn senior management team since 1996, including leadership roles in marketing and client services. She has led the expansion of the firm's regional offices and the development of a “total wealth management” approach to the family office.
