UK-Based Wealth Manager Undergoes Asia Rebrand

Its Singapore unit will follow suit next month.

Schroders has renamed its Asia wealth management operation, which formerly traded as Cazenove Capital.

The firm’s Hong Kong office changed its trading name to Schroders Wealth Management earlier this month, and its Singapore unit will follow suit in September.

“Schroders is a well-known and respected brand under which to develop our wealth management and private banking business in Asia,” Andrew Ross, global head of wealth management at the UK-headquartered money manager, said. “We have a unique offering in the market and this combined with the Schroders brand strength will be key to our next stage of growth.”
