UK Wrap Platform Ascentric Pushes Fund Range Close To 3,000

UK-based wrap platform Ascentric said it has added 644 funds to its range since the beginning of the year, pushing its total offering close to 3,000 funds.

Over recent weeks Ascentric has added 30 JP Morgan offshore Luxembourg funds, 16 offshore Franklin Templeton funds, and 57 Deutsche Bank exchange traded funds.

Through Ascentric, IFAs can now access 2,944 funds from 231 fund managers; negotiations with a number of fund managers to bring on new fund ranges and new products are also in progress, the firm said.

“The addition of these funds is in direct response to the feedback we’ve received from Ascentric platform users, who have stated that they want access to the widest possible choice of investments including the ability to invest in some niche areas that support the core and satellite investment approach,” said Richard Goodall, sales director at Ascentric.

In addition to funds and structured products, Ascentric also offers a range of securities, investment trusts, venture capital trusts, bonds, gilts, and collectives with non-correlating asset classes, such as fine wine, timber and hotels.
