Brooks Macdonald Group, the UK-listed wealth management and investment advisory firm said today that Nicholas Holmes and Andrew Sheperd had been appointed to its board with immediate effect.

The men have both been joint managing directors of the firm since 31 October 2008.

"This is a natural progression for both Nicholas and Andrew, having assumed day-to-day responsibility for asset management in 2008. Their appointment to the group board is recognition of the significant role they have played in the group's success,” said Chris Knight, chairman.
