UK's Dunedin Invests £3.7 Million In Technology Firm

Edinburgh-based private equity firm Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust has invested £3.7 million ($5.8 million) in technology solutions provider Trustmarque Solutions.

Trustmarque, which recorded revenues in excess of £130 million in 2012, has been in operation for over 25 years and helps organisations license, deploy and manage technology solutions from a range of developers including Microsoft.

Public sector clients include the NHS, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Justice, HMEC, local authorities and NHS trusts throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

“Trustmarque fits with Dunedin’s strategy of investing in UK-headquartered companies that are market-leaders in their niche. Growth opportunities are significant as private and public companies invest in the latest products to increase business efficiency," said Shaun Middleton, managing partner of Dunedin.
