Senior Coutts Figure Takes Up Jersey Post, Heads Crown Dependencies Arm
The bank announced a senior appointment in a market that incorporates the UK Crown Dependencies: Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.
Coutts, which recently
announced full-year financial figures, yesterday said one of its
senior figures has moved to Jersey to lead its Crown Dependencies
business. The role is a newly created one, a spokesperson for the
bank told WealthBriefing.
Dennis Howard (pictured) has served in private banker and
leadership roles across domestic and international businesses of
Coutts. He has led the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific
markets, and specialised in ultra-high net worth non-resident and
resident non-domiciled clients. In total, Howard has worked in
the sector for more than 15 years.
“Dennis brings extensive experience in wealth management, a
strong network and long history with the bank, which is brilliant
for our customers as he leads our talented Coutts Crown
Dependencies team,” Oliver Holbourn, chief executive, RBS
International, said.
The private bank said it is working on reopening
newly-refurbished Coutts Crown Dependencies’ client offices on
Broad Street, Jersey.
