Saltus Names New Chief Operating Officer
The appointment aims to drive the development of the Saltus Partnership Programme.
London-based wealth manager Saltus has appointed Alistair Stuart as its new chief operating officer.
Stuart's remit is to add to the team's bench strength, accelerate growth plans, and develop the Saltus Partnership Programme. The programme – launched last September – is designed to provide flexible financial and operational support to financial planning businesses seeking to maximise profitability or those considering making an exit, the firm said in a statement.
Most recently, Stuart has been building and launching digital financial services in the UK and Europe, paying attention to building personalised relationship models supported by technology.
Stuart’s career in financial services includes senior roles at the European Depository Bank, Investec, RBS, and Westpac. Most recently, he served as director operations transformation at Nationwide Building Society. He has worked in the wealth and private banking sector, both in the UK and globally, for more than 30 years.
"As we continue our rapid growth, Alistair’s wealth of experience and unique perspective will help us ensure the business continues to scale effectively while providing best in class experiences for clients,” Jon Macintosh, CEO of Saltus, said.
