Old Mutual Wealth Expands Board Of Directors

Old Mutual Wealth's new director becomes the sixth appointment to the board since the new chairman took over the reigns in September 2016.
Old Mutual
Wealth has appointed Jon Little as an independent
non-executive director. He will become the sixth director to be
appointed to the board since Glyn Jones became chairman in
September 2016.
Little is currently a partner at Northill Capital, a company
which he founded in 2010, the firm said in a statement
yesterday.
Prior to Northill, Little was vice chairman at BNY Mellon Asset
Management. He joined BNY Mellon in 2000, where he also head of
BNY Mellon’s international asset management business, responsible
for all non-US asset management businesses.
“I am delighted that Jon has agreed to join the board as his
skill-set complements those of the other directors,” said Jones.
“Jon’s excellent knowledge and understanding of the asset
management industry will be invaluable as we continue to develop
Old Mutual Global Investors and Quilter Cheviot. He will
also help support this unique and successful wealth management
business on its journey to an independent future."
WealthBriefing reported that
Old Mutual Wealth recently purchased its second firm in two
months in May 2017, when it acquired Maestro Financial
Services.
