Ogier Adds Three New Partners To Luxembourg, Jersey Offices

Ogier, the international law firm, has appointed three new partners to its Jersey and Luxembourg offices.

Ogier, the international law firm, has appointed three new partners to its Jersey and Luxembourg offices, the firm said in a statement.

Fabien Debroise joins a four partner team at Ogier’s Luxembourg office. He specialises in syndicated lending and leveraged acquisition finance, as well as debt restructuring and insolvency.

Niamh Lalor and Bruce MacNeil have both joined the firm’s Jersey office.

Lalor is a partner within the business and trust law group in Jersey and advises on a range of investment funds, real estate and commercial transactions.  

MacNeil joined Ogier in 2008 as part of the Jersey banking and finance team. He has worked for a wide range of financial institutions and companies on banking, derivatives, corporate, finance and restructuring transactions. Before joining Ogier in 2008, he worked as a finance associate in the London offices of Latham & Watkins and Allen & Overy.
