Harneys is developing a new offering in the Mediterranean island.

Harneys, the international offshore law firm, is to provide corporate and trust services in Cyprus, adding to its capabilities in the Mediterranean island. 

The new entity is called Harneys Fiduciary Cyprus, which offers Cyprus company and trust incorporation and corporate and private wealth services, the group said in a statement yesterday. 

The new entity provides services including annual functions, secretarial, registered office, nominee shareholders, submission of annual returns for the ongoing maintenance and administration of Cyprus companies, and trusteeships for Cyprus trusts. Harneys Fiduciary also provides directorships to assist clients in obtaining Cyprus corporate tax residence status. 

The head of Harneys Fiduciary is Emily Yiolitis, founding partner of Harneys in Cyprus and global head of the firm’s tax and regulatory practice. She has over ten years’ experience advising international clients, including HNW individuals and professional intermediaries, on tax structuring and planning matters.
