Nucleus Launches Online Learning Portal For Advisors

The UK-based wrap platform aims to help advisor firms with their professional and practice development.

Nucleus has launched “Illuminate learn”, providing access to training materials and personal development courses. The online portal will also offer support for all advisor firm staff who are studying for their diploma, chartered qualification or ongoing personal development.

It currently provides support for the diploma suite (RO1 to R06 & RO8) whilst advanced diploma support will be available in the New Year. Staff will have access to a range of bite-sized content, including detailed study guides, a bank of 6,000 exam questions and online tutor support.

Industry contributors include Brett Davidson of the consultancy FP Advance and Jon Dunckley from consultancy Redmill Advance. Future content will be supplied by Tony Wickenden from Technical Connection and Carl Richards of research project The Behavior Gap.

“We wanted to offer further support to help practices manage their teams’ professional development. All courses are competitively priced and are designed to suit the needs of advisers and others who are managing the pressure of a full time role while studying for exams,” said Barry Neilson, business development director at Nucleus.

Illuminate learn will complement Illuminate online, which gives platform users access to daily articles, videos and tools, and Illuminate live, which provides twice-yearly seminars to support advice firms’ practice development.
