MitonOptimal Merges With Isle Of Man Advisory Firm
The merger enables MitonOptimal to further its focus on Isle of Man opportunities.
MitonOptimal, a Guernsey-headquartered investment manager, and
Blythe Financial, an Isle of Man-based investment advisory
business, have merged.
Both teams will be brought together under the MitonOptimal banner
following the transaction and the granting of a discretionary
fund management licence.
“Blythe Financial will be rebranded as MitonOptimal, and all
management and staff will be staying on, as we continue building
on what has been a highly successful business model to date,”
said Alan Blythe, managing director of Blythe Financial.
“Alan will be joining the MitonOptimal International Limited
board of directors, and we look forward to a long a fruitful
business partnership together, as we continue to develop our DFM
business, advisory services and funds business on a global
basis,” added Scott Campbell, group managing director and chief
investment officer at MitonOptimal.
