Investec Wealth & Investment has promoted Carl Cross and Simon Fontes to senior investment directors in the firm’s Liverpool office, elevating them both from the position of investment director.

Cross joined IW&I in 1995 as an equity analyst and has since served within the firm's private discretionary fund management department in Liverpool.

Fontes spent several years in London, where he served as a property advisor at Lambert Smith Hampton, prior to becoming an investment manager at IW&I.
