Investec Wealth & Investment Appoints Familiar Face To Lead Digital Relationships

Investec Wealth & Investment, part of Investec Group, has appointed Jane Warren to enhance its digital capabilities.

The UK's Investec Wealth & Investment has named its head of business projects, Jane Warren, to lead a new online investment management service.

The simplified advice-based online service is set to launch later this year. In the newly-created role, Warren will oversee its development and manage all aspects of the firm's digital relations with clients.

Warren joined the Investec group over 20 years ago and has since held a range of positions, including head of business projects, during which she led the integration of IW&I and Williams de Broë in 2012.

“Jane has held a number of key roles during her career at IW&I and I am delighted that she will be applying her considerable expertise to developing our digital platform. Our digital services will play a growing role in driving client acquisition, engagement, market differentiation and growth,” said IW&I's chief executive, Jonathan Wragg.

Investec Wealth & Investment manages around £43.7 billion of client funds worldwide. Its spectrum of services include discretionary and advisory investment management, tax, pension, estate and succession planning.
