Investec W&I Adds To Research Team
The wealth and investment arm of London-listed Investec now has a 22-strong research team.
Investec Wealth & Investment has appointed Mark Wynne-Jones as an equity analyst, covering food producers, household goods, chemicals and mining sectors globally.
Previously at Investec Asset Management, Wynne-Jones was responsible for running the firm’s Global Value Equity Strategy since its inception in 2007. Before Investec, he spent six years at UBS Wealth Management, where he was head of UK research.
Based in London, Wynne-Jones will report to John Haynes, head of research at Investec W&I. He replaces Sanjiv Tumkur, who left earlier this year.
The firm, which had around £27.5 billion ($33.7 billion) of client funds under management as of 31 March 2016, recently appointed David Bulteel as head of its international division, with Louise Hall succeeding him as head of the London office.
