Investec Wealth & Investment has appointed Dawn Kendall as senior bond strategist, a newly created post. Reporting to Darren Ruane, head of fixed interest, Kendall’s responsibilities will include developing the fixed interest collectives process, helping grow portfolio mandates, and advising investment managers on their fixed interest exposure.

Kendall joins IW&I from Architas, a subsidiary of AXA Wealth, where she worked on fixed income and alternatives management for its UK retail and ultra-high net worth businesses. Kendall started her career with SG Warburg and has also worked at the Codelouf Trust, Newton Investment Management and IAM.
