Guardian Wealth Management Nabs Lloyds Private Banker

The UK's Guardian Wealth Management has made an executive appointment to its investment arm.
Tom Milson from Lloyds Private Banking has joined the London office of GWM Investment Management as executive director.
Milson, who has nearly 20 years of industry experience, joins from Lloyds Bank Private Banking. He spent the last six years there as a senior private banker, responsible for managing and overseeing over £500 million ($654 million) in client assets. Before that, he was an independent financial advisor at the bank.
He brings particular experience advising on investment management, tax planning, pension planning and wealth protection for individuals, families, charities and trust funds.
“Tom brings experience, knowledge, personality and a brand of advice his clients will value. He will be a huge asset to the wider GWM Group and will make a significant impact to the long-term development of the business,” said Chris Payne, managing director UK at GWM Investment Management.
“We are proud to have appointed someone of his calibre and skillset, and we look forward to working with him.”
The GWM group has offices in Geneva, Zurich, Dubai, Qatar, Hong Kong and most recently London.
