Former Rathbone Brothers CEO Joins UK's Interactive Investor

The former chief executive of Rathbone Brothers, Andy Pomfret, has joined Interactive Investor as a non-executive director.

The former chief executive of Rathbone Brothers, Andy Pomfret, has joined Interactive Investor as a non-executive director, the latter firm announced today.

Pomfret was CEO at UK-listed Rathbones for 10 years, retiring from the post in February this year. He has spent a total of 28 years in the financial services business, initially at Kleinwort Benson and later at Rathbones.

Among other roles, he was a non-executive director of speciality insurance group Beazley until 2011, and is on the boards of the Wealth Management Association, Graphite Enterprise Trust, the Aberdeen New Thai Investment Trust and Old Mutual Wealth Management.
