Merrill Lynch-owned First Republic Bank, a US wealth management and private banking provider has appointed Karen Bratt as a managing director. Ms Bratt was formerly a senior member of US Trust's office in Boston, where she managed relationships for high net worth clients. At First Republic, Ms Bratt will work with high net worth individuals and families out of the bank's office at 160 Federal Street in downtown Boston.
