Credit Suisse Completes Capital Increase With $1.29 Billion Share Placement
The Zurich-listed lender has completed a capital-raising exercise through a private share placement.
Credit Suisse today said it has completed its capital increase,
raising SFr1.32 billion ($1.29 billion) in gross proceeds via a
private placement of new shares.
The capital-raising was approved by shareholders at an
extraordinary general meeting on 19 November.
The purchase price agreed with the qualified investors was SFr22.75 per share.
