Conyers Expands Private Client Team

Offshore law firm Conyers Dill & Pearman has hired Blair Botsford into its trust and private client practice in Bermuda.

Blair was previously a partner in the Waterloo, Ontario office of Canadian firm Miller Thomson, where she specialised in private client matters including multi-jurisdictional transactions. While at Miller Thomson, she also acted as outside counsel to Canadian bank CIBC, where she co-ordinated a variety of contentious trust and estate matters.

Blair’s practice focuses on the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, applications for grants of representation, mutual will agreements, and estate and trust accounts.

Conyers launched a BVI practice in 2010 and continues to grow its Cayman private client practice.
