Connecticut Wealth Manager Expands Team With Senior Hire

Westport, Connecticut-based wealth manager LLBH Private Wealth Management has appointed Jeff Fuhrman as its chief operating officer and chief financial officer to help lead the business as the firm pursues its next phase of growth.

Fuhrman will join the LLBH management committee and will be responsible for the human capital, financial management, operations, technology and marketing efforts of the firm.

Fuhrman has over 20 years of experience in key operating and financial roles.

Most recently, he spent nearly a decade as president and chief operating officer of IMG Artists. Before this, he was president and CFO of Gemini Voice Solutions and earlier in his career he was an investment banker with Salomon Smith Barney.

LLBH works with approximately 120 families managing assets of over $1.2 billion.

The firm opened in October 2008, with the help of Focus Connections, a program launched by Focus Financial Partners that provides strategic guidance and support to  wirehouse teams as they move towards independence.

Prior to forming LLBH, the founding partners worked together as a team at Merrill Lynch for over a decade.
