Trustconsult, the Luxembourg-originated international trust boutique, has acquired a corporate service provider licence in Monaco, which will expand its client footprint. The new licence allows Trustconsult to extend its service range to clients who wish to either relocate their tax residence or who are already established in the Principality.

The Monaco licence is also aimed at helping the local professional community to secure on-site support for corporate, trust, and fund structuring services throughout the other jurisdictions covered by the group, Christian Bühlmann, founder of Trustconsult, and managing director of Trustconsult Monaco Sàrl, said.

Private Trust Partners Sàrl, (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trustconsult) created simultaneously in Monaco, seeks to help and advise clients in corporate finance, real estate, and private equity transactions.

The firm has a presence in Brussels, Geneva, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, and Dubai and is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.
