Citisoft VP Departs To Found Own Company

Steve Dyson, who was senior vice president at UK wealth managers Citisoft, has left the UK-based firm to found his own consultancy, Steve Dyson Associates, WealthBriefing can exclusively report.

Despite his departure from the firm, Mr Dyson will continue to “actively work” with Citisoft as business development and consulting associate, Citisoft principal consultant Neil Craddock, head of Citisoft’s wealth management practice, said in an emailed note.

“We are very pleased that this enables Citisoft to continue to access Steve’s skills and relationships. We wish Steve every success in his new role,” Mr Craddock said.

Before joining Citisoft in 2006, Mr Dyson was a client executive at the Bank of New York with responsibility for UK banks and building societies as well as Irish financial institutions.

Citisoft is a subsidiary of Satyam Computer Services, a systems integration company present in over 60 countries
