Citisoft, a systems consultancy for global investment management, has bolstered its management team with two hires, naming Steve Young as head of business development and Neil Craddock as the new chief operating officer of Europe.

They have been appointed as part of the firm’s plan to enhance its capabilities to deliver a more comprehensive service according to its client’s needs, says the firm.

Young, previously of Ascension consulting, will take the lead in developing new and existing business relationships. The firm is said to have hired Young based on his experience in the technology and software landscape within the investment industry.

Craddock, who has been with Citisoft for over 10 years, most recently held the position of head of wealth management at Citisoft. He will continue this role alongside his new position, maintaining current client management responsibilities.

As the new COO he will gain the additional duties of certifying the quality of the firm’s service delivery to clients as well as supervising operational and administrative functions.

Both Young and Craddock will be London-based and report to Jonathan Clark, group chief executive of Citisoft.
