Chicago Firm Bolsters Advisor Team

Ziegler, a Chicago-headquartered investment bank and brokerage firm, has hired Kenneth R. Koger as a financial advisor.

An Accredited Asset Management Specialist, Koger has more than 13 years of advisory experience, working with clients to identify and achieve financial goals through investments and tailored advice.

Working from Ziegler’s Chicago office, Koger’s hire is part of the firm’s on-going growth strategy for the Chicago market.

“I’m excited about the growth we have had this year, but it’s really just the beginning. Hiring quality financial advisors continues to be one of our key initiatives and we will continue to seek out advisors who are interested in growing their practice in a boutique environment that offers them a high level of support and flexibility,” said Chris Zelesnick, senior managing director and head of Ziegler Wealth Management.

Koger joins Ziegler from U.S. Bancorp Investments, where he served in the company’s private client group.

As at end of June 2013, Ziegler had about $4 billion in assets under management for retail investors.
