London Stock Exchange-listed entertainment and sport representation and wealth management group First Artist Corp has formed a joint venture with UK chartered accountants H W Fisher for a wealth management and financial services business, to be called Fisher Family Office. The deal includes an option to allow First Artist to buy Fisher & Co's stake in Fisher Family after three years, on achieving certain levels of annual gross profit. First Artist chief executive officer Jon Smith said: “This joint venture will bring significant momentum to the growth of Optimal Wealth Management, in what is becoming a very important industry for a lot of the operators in our market.”
