Barings Asset Management, the London-headquartered investment house which is part of MassMutual FinancialGroup, has appointed Paul Loss as head of operations.

Based in London, Loss will report to John Burns, chief operating officer.

Loss joins from JP Morgan Asset Management, where he was head of investment operations, having previously held the position of head of institutional client services. Prior to this, he was assistant director of client services at Robert Fleming & Co.
