Baring Asset Management has appointed Tracey Reddings as director, business development and client service - charities in the UK. Ms Reddings will join Barings in December and will report to John Maitland, head of private clients and charities. She will be responsible for growing the assets Barings runs on behalf of charities. Ms Reddings joins Barings from the Charities Aid Foundation where she was head of banking and investment, latterly assuming the role of executive director, charity financial services.
