Barclays Wealth Hires Fidelity International Man For New Senior Funds Role

Barclays Wealth has appointed former Fidelity International funds executive David Dalton-Brown as its head of Barclays Wealth Funds Limited, a newly-created role.

Mr Dalton-Brown has over 20 years’ experience in business development at asset management and life and pension firms.  He joins from Fidelity Investments International, where he spent five years as head of FundsNetwork & UK Platforms.

Prior to that he worked as a business development director at Prudential for two years and also worked in transformational roles at KPMG and Norwich Union. Barclays Wealth oversaw a total of £134 billion (around $218 billion) of assets as at 30 June last year.
