Chief Executive of Californian Private Bank Retires

Private Bank of California said that Charles Kenny, chief executive officer, has retired. He will be succeeded by Steven Broidy, who will become interim chief executive, in addition to his role as board chairman, the bank said. The bank said it had set up a search committee to find a new chief executive. Mr Kenny served as chief executive since it opened in October, 2005. The bank has around $200 million of assets.
